I want to share my experience with Hayley at Haylo Hair Lounge because she has truly changed things for me.

For the past two years, I've struggled with my hair as a result of chemotherapy medication. I also made the mistake of trying to bleach my black hair, which left it severely damaged and completely compromised. I absolutely hated what it had become and had lost all confidence in it.

I first came across Haylo Hair Lounge on Facebook. To be honest, after reading some of the posts, I was sceptical. I wondered whether the hair would really be as good as it looked or whether there might be a catch. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything is exactly as Hayley promises.

Hayley has built an incredible business from the ground up with a genuine passion for helping women feel confident again. She has sourced a specialised fibre that looks, moves and feels remarkably like natural human hair. Calling it "synthetic" simply doesn't do it justice because the quality is unlike anything I expected.

I purchased the 150-gram set with seven clip-in pieces, and they are so lightweight that I genuinely forget I'm wearing them. I also purchased one of the ponytail pieces, which is absolutely beautiful. Hayley is even developing a hair care range specifically for this fibre, showing just how much thought and care she has put into every aspect of her products.

Before my complimentary consultation, Hayley asked me to send photos of my hair so she could assess the texture and ensure the perfect colour match. During the consultation, she carefully fitted the extensions, explained everything step by step, and achieved the most seamless blend. She even provided me with a personalised placement guide showing exactly where each clip should go, making it so easy to recreate at home.

There's a saying that when you don't feel good about how you look, it can affect how you feel inside. For me, that couldn't have been more true. Seeing myself with beautiful, healthy-looking hair again brought me to tears because, for the first time in a long time, I felt like myself again.

I walked out of Haylo Hair Lounge with my confidence completely restored.

Hayley is not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable, but she is also warm, genuine and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you meet her. Her professionalism, attention to detail and passion for helping her clients shine through in everything she does.

I cannot recommend Hayley/Haylo Hair Lounge highly enough. If you're considering hair extensions, don't hesitate. I am profoundly grateful to Hayley for helping me regain not just beautiful hair, but a part of myself that I thought I'd lost.

Thank you, Hayley, for giving me back more than beautiful hair—you gave me back my confidence. 🤍
